This old fashioned country sausage seasoning combines black pepper, unrefined sugar and a dash of herbs and spices to create a mild seasoning that is perfect for breakfast links and patties.


 Recipe:
Thoroughly mix:
10 lbs Ground Meat (Pork or a Pork/Beef blend)
(for Venison use 8 lbs Venison and 2 lbs Pork Fat)
0.33 lb Mild Country Sausage Seasoning
Stuff into casings, form into patties or leave loose.


Ingredients: Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Black Pepper, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Sage, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Ground Celery, Beet Extractive. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.

Mild Breakfast Sausage Seasoning

Really like the blend, taste and consistency of this seasoning. We make our breakfast sausage from scratch and I wanted to try this mixture out, can say I’m truly glad we bought it. Only con I could say, when making a smaller batch than 10 lbs as suggested on bag, it would help to know how much of the seasoning to use. We used 7 lbs meat and guessed at half pound seasoning and thankfully it worked for our taste buds.
