This sausage seasoning is perfect for someone who desires a flavor more robust than the Mild Country Style Seasoning without a lot of heat.
Recipe:
10 lbs Fresh Pork (or Beef, Turkey, Venison blend)
0.30 lb Breakfast Sage Sausage Seasoning
3 Tablespoons cold water
Mix seasoning thoroughly into cold meat and water. Form patties, stuff into casings, or use it loose.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Sage, Black Pepper, Ground Red Pepper, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Non-GMO Soy Sauce Powder (fermented soybeans, wheat, maltodextrin, salt), Coriander, Ground Mustard Seed, Crushed Red Pepper, Beet Extractive, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Thyme, Ground Celery, Paprika Extractive, Spice Extractives. Contains Soy, Wheat.
