Fabulous Wheat!
This is the freshest, cleanest wheat I have ever purchased. My bread made with it is noticably better tasting and higher rising. Kind of blows my mind that there could be such a difference between one hard white wheat and another. Even though the bag was torn and several cups had spilled out inside the box, I will definitely be buying more. (I'm sure it was due to UPS throwing it on my front porch.)
