Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/2 heaping cup Cream of Broccoli Soup Starter
2 1/2 cups water or milk
Mix milk or water with soup mix in saucepan. Using a wire whisk, stir well while bringing mixture to a boil, being careful to avoid scorching. Once boiling, reduce heat. Simmer 3-5 min. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes to allow vegetables to fully hydrate. Serve.
Options: Fresh broccoli florets. diced chicken or turkey.

Creamy Broccoli Alfredo
16 oz. hot, cooked linguini pasta
3/4 heaping cup Creamy Broccoli Soup Starter
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra for topping, if desired)
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
In large saucepan, combine soup starter, water, milk, and garlic, and mix well with a wire whisk. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly to avoid scorching. When soup begins to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and pasta to saucepan and mix to coat pasta. Serve topped with freshly ground black pepper and additional parmesan cheese.
