Original Recipe:3/4 cup Country Corn Chowder Soup Starter mix
2 1/2 cups water or low fat milk
In a saucepan, thoroughly combine soup starter mix and water or milk. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Creamy Deli Soup
3 cups water
2 cups milk
1 cup Country Corn Chowder
1/2 lb salami, chopped
1/2 lb capicola ham, chopped
1/2 lb pepperoni, chopped
1 Tbsp pickle relish
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Rye Croutons
Grated parmesan cheese
In a large saucepan, combine milk and water. Add soup starter mix, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Add deli meats, relish and mustard. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and serve topped with parsley, croutons and parmesan cheese.
