Love the flavor

Only cocoa I use

Been using for about 8 months now. This cocoa powder is the secret to my signature chocolate cake and triple fudge brownies. It’s the only dark chocolate I use and I won’t make either item without it. My customers go crazy over these items and I owe it all to this black cocoa! I’m located in upstate NY and being a small business myself, I support local small businesses whenever possible. You can imagine my surprise and pleasure when I learned Wincrest is also a small family business and the icing on the cake, they are located about 2 hours from me in Central NY! It’s a win win for me!!

Only chocolate I use

Im a professional baker and this is the only cocoa powder I use for my signature chocolate cake as well as my triple fudge brownies there’s absolutely no other exception. When this cocoa powder when paired with the right recipe, it provides such a rich decadent flavor in your baked goods. Found this product on Amazon and was buying it almost weekly and then finally I found this site where I could purchase it in bulk for half the price . considering the amount I go through clearly this was the way to go. Shipping takes a little bit longer than Amazons free next day service, so I just have to make sure I order before I’m completely out and in all honesty their shipping time is usually within a week so not too long.
