Description
Caraway Seed is a common flavoring for many kinds of rye bread. It comes from the seed of a fruit of a biennial herb in the parsley family.
It is also used to flavor sauerkraut, sausage, cheese, cabbage and soups and has a pungent aroma and a distinctly sweet but tangy flavor.
Ingredients: Caraway. This product has no significant nutritional value per 1/4 tsp. serving
Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
