Mushroom Popcorn
We have a Cretors popcorn machine -- same manufacturer as the big machines in the movie theatres. We pop corn nearly every night in pure coconut oil and were buying Orville's until we discovered the Amish Popcorns at Wincrest. Somehow, I assume by magic, nearly every kernel pops into one of those huge, round balls that we used to pick through the bowl to find and fight over when we did. The corn is tender and fluffy and easy to eat. It takes melted butter beautifully. We are delighted that the Amish corn always is in stock. Two pound bags is a good size -- they stay fresh and keep the corn from drying out. We've tried the other Amish popcorns as well. All are good ... the colors are fun ... the huge caramel corn is super tender, but the mushrooms are our favorite.
