Instant Lemon Creme Pudding
Heaping 1/2 cup of Instant Pudding Mix
2 cups whole or 2% milk
Whisk or mix ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, being sure to scrape down the bowl.
Pour into serving dishes or layer into parfaits; refrigerate for at least 1 hour
