amount of flour
The advertisement stated that there would be 50 lb of flour but the amount that we received was 40 lb (as written on the sack). This was a little discrepancy in advertising or mistake in packaging the wrong amount. I have not yet baked with the flour so I cannot yet compare the quality of the flour, but I assume it's good.
