WE HAVE ENACTED SEVERAL MEASURES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS AND SHORTAGES AND SOME ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER TO PROCESS.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact us within 10 days to arrange for a return or credit.

Please note: Shipping charges for International/Canadian orders are not refundable.
Certain items are not able to be returned or will incur additional charges due the nature of the order.
- Custom quoted bulk orders with special pricing will incur a 50% restocking fee.
- Case quantities are not returnable without prior authorization.
- Custom blended items (i.e spices, seasoning, and candy mixed) are Non-Returnable.
All genuinely faulty/damaged goods will be replaced or money refunded per availability or your choice, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 48 hours after delivery (excluding weekends). If possible, please take photos of any damage, including any damage to the shipping box. This will expedite and confirm any claim with our shipping carriers.
Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to complete although most often will completed much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Orders are shipped with one of three common carriers: USPS, UPS or FEDEX, should you have a preference please let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Most orders are shipped within within 1-2 business days while some orders may take up to 6 business days to process. Flat rate shipping is the default option and may take up to 10 business days after shipment to reach the west coast. Please contact us for an exact date if you need your product sooner.

These products will be shipped with 2 Day transit during summer months or when temperatures require. The UPS 2nd Day Air option will automatically populate during checkout and will cause an increase in shipping charges during this time.
We will take every precaution to prevent melting however if you have an issue, please contact us to arrange a return or replacement.
For perishable products without this badge the "Ice Packs or thermal protection" option must be chosen when you place your order. We will not guarantee your order unless this option is chosen. We strongly recommend this if you are expecting temperatures over 85 degrees at delivery!
If you have negotiated rates with a carrier or prefer to use your own shipping account please just let us know when your order is placed. We can refund your shipping entirely or simply email us a list of the items you would like to purchase to: firstname.lastname@example.org and a custom order will be provided for you.
